Closures continue with Inn on the Alameda, casinos, movie theaters and spas. Last summer, if memory serves, they had a deal for Tuesday matinees which included a coke and popcorn. With that said, which theaters do you all prefer and why? I've seen some endorsements in the "Things I wish I knew." thread but I was wondering if you could go into more detail. Let me start off by saying I hate going to the movies because I am a cheap mofo and I think civilization is at its worst when it comes to being locked together and displaying its general lack of courtesies (chatting loudly, cell phone use, babies, folks bringing children to ultra violent/sexually charged films, etc).
